5+ years of product management experience or equivalent; prior experience as an engineer or solutions architect is desirable

10+ years of Project experience / Project Management (full life-cycle) in a senior capacity.

Proven experience successfully delivering enterprise-wide large scale business transformation projects and manage stakeholders across work teams and management levels.

Experience in project building functionality and workflow configuration on modern application platforms, integration, data conversion, and release management

Strong skills in vendor management, project management and stakeholder management.

Hands-on experience in successfully managing remote teams/projects including technical infrastructure, information security resources and third-party resources.

Manage transition: Ensure all aspects of the transition from project to operational support are considered and executed.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

Technologies we use and teach (you don’t need to have experience using these):

Lead and participate in critical technical, design, and product discussions with leaders across the organization and company

Design systems to work within our microservice and event-driven architectures

Hold your teammates — and yourself — to high engineering standards

Prior experience as a Business Analyst / Product Manager required (3+ yrs)

Ability to build empathy with users to create meaningful experiences

Experience working directly with data platforms and ETL tools is a major plus

Draft requirements & specification documents

Experience with Product Mgmt Tools: Jira, Productboard, etc

Experience working within the Strategic Products is preferred

Work Experience: 2+ years in logistics or business environment. Previous experience with Core management process and vendors is an asset

Responsible for ensuring all cross-border shipments have the necessary customs documentation and clearances, including any EPA documentation requirements.

Education: Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent but diploma in logistics or business administration preferred

Proficiency: Intermediate level of knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Microsoft Access is an asset.
