Aid Project Managers in the organization and distribution of project-related documents and drawings from manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors where required.

● Experience in a non-profit organization and/or knowledge and experience working with 2SLGBTQIA+ communities

● 2+ years of direct work experience in a project coordination and/or related/similar role

You have 2+ years previous experience in project management

You are familiar with project management software, including using reporting and analytics

You have previous experience in project scheduling or production coordination where there was competition for available resources

You are familiar with or have experience in resource forecasting

You are skilled in using both the MS Office and Google suites

You have very good English language skills - both verbal and written

Experience in working with speakers to carry out language documentation and description;

Experience in working with Indigenous communities, particularly in Western Canada;

Carrying out advanced linguistic analysis on a number of different Indigenous languages

Managing the data gathered through language documentation sessions

Developing a range of of original language resources to support community revitalization efforts

Coordinating the efforts of CILLDI staff and their community partners to meet project objectives on time
