Commercial Installation Coordinator Jobs

Post-secondary diploma or undergraduate degree (project management, construction management, engineering or science, finance, or business) is an asset

Knowledge of ProjectWise and/or SharePoint document management is an asset

Support the management of beneficial relationships with key stakeholder

Coordinate regular progress reporting to external clients and to internal WSP management

Support the Development and execution of commercial management plans

Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, including report and contract writing, editing, and proofreading abilities

Work with real-time report dashboards and territory managers to prioritize service of commercial jobs

Work with the O&M Commissioning Manager to plan for upcoming commercial commissioning cases

Assist in creating and scheduling preventative maintenance requirements based on contract obligations

Work with the territory field service managers to ensure service level objectives are met

Strong computer skills. Comfort with Microsoft office and cloud-based computing programs.

Knowledge of solar and energy storage equipment is desired

Comply with relevant legislation regarding employee management, terminations and resignations.

Understand the project scope of work sufficiently to plan, manage and execute associated work.

Engage in open communication with the Superintendent and Project Managers, and report any issues which could affect the project plan.

Monitor and manage employee attendance, ensuring the timely arrival and participation of all crew members.

Delegate tasks and accountabilities, instruct, supervise, lead and direct base crew.

Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience within the construction industry

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office; experience with Synergy is preferred.

Acts as a liaison between Customers, Service, Installation, and Management

Inventory implementation and ongoing management

Coordination of facilities management including orientation of sub-contractors for building maintenance

Must work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines

Work with Sales team to ensure best possible experience for the customer

Fluent English language written and verbal skills, demonstrated superior people and telephone skills

Work with installers, sub-contractors, install manager and material handlers.

At least 1 year of customer service experience.

Knowledgeable in Microsoft (Especially Outlook and Excel).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Perform welcome calls to each customer within 48 hours of job booking.

Create job packets with all pertinent installation job details and required forms and provide to Installers prior to job start.

Liaise with retailers and external service partners to coordinate new installations of ATM's in retail locations across Canada.

Develop accurate and feasible installation schedules for all new ATM locations based on inventory and service partner availability.

Assist in the improvement, development and maintenance of all field related operational processes

Project management skills to ensure projects remain within budget and on schedule

Works closely with department to scheduling and manage on-going trainings to ensure employees are up to date with relevant training requirements

Computer skills (MS OFFICE) to create documents, conduct research and manage budgets and project timelines

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

2-3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry or related area and experience as an executive administrator are assets

Background in excellent customer experience is an asset
