Product roadmap and execution plan.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a multi-vendor IT Service Management environment

Actively participate in scheduled supplier governance meetings identifying shortcomings of services provided, areas for improvement, costs management

Ensure conformity to established Cloud Services policies and standards, prioritizing delivery of exceptional end users’ experiences.

Support project managers and Solutions teams calling out run-state risks related to implementation of cloud services.

Identify, document, and present operational requirements and needs to internal and external services providers.

Strong knowledge of cloud-based platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and services including RBAC roles and permissions.

You hold a post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance, or have relevant experience in the field

Perform bank account reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable management

Process payroll data, identify discrepancies, and work with management to implement corrective actions

You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in cloud accounting/financial reporting, with in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Experience in using software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar cloud based tools

You possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team

Organized with great prioritization and time management skills

Assist the CSM (Customer Success Manager)and Problem Management team in the root cause analysis process and technical corrective actions

Assist the problem management process for all assigned clients

Support operations for Change management and validation post implementation

Provide inputs to CSM on risk and issue management for the client environment

Manage new device enrollment, configuration

You should demonstrate excellent prioritization and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and learn new programs/skills as required

Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery

You should have at least 5 years of experience in accounting, with emphasis on reporting

Ensure consistent adherence to Change Management process with the objective of zero incidents resulting from change.

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, development teams, and operations teams.

Own execution of operational processes, namely Change, Incident, Release, Problem, and Service Management.

Knowledge and experience with commonly used security and operational frameworks (e.g. ISO, SOC, PCI, etc) is an asset

Through the regional team leads, manage a global team of Cloud Operations engineers, ensuring their productivity and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in cloud operations.

Strong depth of practical experience and knowledge of public cloud providers (preferably AWS)

Identity Management, AWS IAM, SSO, Okta, Workspace ONE Access and Google.

10+ years of practical hands-on experience with private/public Cloud Architecture, Networking, DevSecOps/SRE.

Experienced with SaaS software development and SDLC, focused on dev enablement like CI/CD pipelines and Cloud operations.

Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code and automation with Terraform and/or CDK.

Great communication skills. (Yes, everyone writes that - but we really mean it.)

Experience with Windows patch management and anti-virus technologies (preferablyCrowdStrike, WSUS, Intune)

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Operating Systems and services (Windows

Server 2016-2019), Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.), Azure Active Directory (EnterpriseApplications, Conditional Access) and Intune (Device and Application Management).

Microsoft 365 Administration (Portal for management, Teams, Exchange, etc.).

• Microsoft 365 Defender (Policy management, threat detection, and vulnerability management)

• PMP Certification or Project Experience

Participate in the design, implementation and management of workload automation initiatives

Adhere to firm Change Management, Problem Management policies and familiarity with ITIL or other formalized IT operations foundations

10+ years of relevant IT experience

Extensive knowledge of Linux based systems including Hardware, software, networking and storage

Experience architecting cloud infrastructures on Amazon Web Services (AWS) for small, medium scale and enterprise level applications

Certifications on Amazon Web Services, including Solutions Architect, Developer, or Azure are highly desirable

Manage and maintain ExtremeCloud service infrastructure in AWS, GCP & Azure.

5+ years of experience in a CloudOps / DevOps role.

Hands on experience with AWS or any public cloud (Azure, GCP etc).

Knowledge of Linux, security and networking fundamentals.

Working knowledge of container-based architecture and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes.)

Working knowledge of deployment automation development (Argo Workflows, Terraform, Helm).

Design, implement, automate, secure, govern, and administer Cloud platforms to satisfy the hosting requirements and capabilities of applications

5+ years of hands-on experience with infrastructure design and deployment utilizing PaaS and IaaS cloud offerings

Work closely with IT and Product teams to deliver highly secure, high-performance, scalable, cloud-first/cloud-native solutions that meet or exceed RTO/RPO requirements

5+ years of experience in Azure

Extensive experience with open technologies, DevOps, and related IaC tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform

Strong written and oral communications skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of users/management.

Participate in problem management including root cause analysis and remediation.

Ensure maintenance, documentation, and access controls to the servers, applications, and tools are in accordance with our SOC2 certification.

5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure development and implementation.

Expert-level knowledge of Cloud technologies, including Kubernetes Engine, Compute Engine, and Cloud Storage. GCP specifics are an asset.

Experience with DevOps tools and processes, including CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with industry leads nationally to deepen specialty, develop knowledge base, write/support thought leadership, identify opportunities and develop additional resources

Oversee and monitor staff training and certification processes

A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting (audit or bookkeeping) with emphasis on reporting

Previous experience with accounting software programs such as the, Xero, QuickBooks and/or Sage

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
