Cloud Infrastructure Operations Jobs in Ontario

You hold a post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance, or have relevant experience in the field

Perform bank account reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable management

Process payroll data, identify discrepancies, and work with management to implement corrective actions

You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in cloud accounting/financial reporting, with in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Experience in using software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar cloud based tools

You possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team

Organized with great prioritization and time management skills

Assist the CSM (Customer Success Manager)and Problem Management team in the root cause analysis process and technical corrective actions

Assist the problem management process for all assigned clients

Support operations for Change management and validation post implementation

Provide inputs to CSM on risk and issue management for the client environment

Manage new device enrollment, configuration

You should demonstrate excellent prioritization and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and learn new programs/skills as required

Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery

Manage and develop a team of staff accountants/associates

Maintain proficiency with cloud accounting software, oversee and monitor engagement quality, and manage workload allocation

You should have at least 5 years of experience in accounting, with emphasis on reporting

You should have previous experience in full-cycle bookkeeping for various clients across various different industries
