Able to manage competing priorities (i.e. participant needs, instructor needs, technical issues)

1-2 years of career experience in customer service or support or similar type customer facing roles

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate or lead group activities

Degree or Certification or Diploma in relative field (Business Administration, Human Resources, Customer Service/Hospitality an asset)

Experience teaching, training, facilitating desired

Training Success Specialists responsibilities are primarily focused on program support, including:

Extensive knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) enabling you to define, develop and maintain the platform

5 years of experience with learning management systems and training content creation software.

Manage the entire training process, including planning, coordinating and delivering training sessions.

Define, develop and maintain training data tracking to ensure regulatory compliance and meet reporting requirements.

Promote the tools available, continuously improve the employee experience and stimulate their participation in training activities.

5 years of previous professional experience in coordination and development of training programs

Project Management Certified (PMC) is an asset

Liaises with Transportation team to ensure client preferences established and set within NRI’s warehouse management system.

Excellent technical capabilities with proficiency to learn internal and external software systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in continuous improvement tools/methodologies to drive customer fulfillment, quality, efficiency and safety

3+ years of client/customer services experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

Minimum one year working in a learning management system

Knowledge and experience of training effectiveness theory

Project Manage the set up and execution and completion of mandatory trainings.

Bachelor’s degree or six years related experience

Minimum five years’ experience managing complex detailed projects or workload

Minimum three years of Human Resources training experience
