Relevant educational qualifications in Print Planning and Buying (i.e. magazines, newspapers, out-of-home media, Card Online and other industry software)

At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Media and Print

Prior teaching experience at the post-secondary level would be an asset

Solid organizational and time management skills

In coordination with the Buyer, create and maintain articles within our Product Management system (PIM)

Provide strong follow up to the buying team on varying day-to-day operational tasks including cross-departmental communication, and in-season management needs

Support the Buying team on administrative tasks related to EDI launch and roll-out (i.e. PO Acknowledgements, SAP)

Demonstrated skills using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides

Good written and verbal communication skills in both French and English

3-5 years of experience in planning in the retail/wholesale industry

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related discipline, an asset

Knowledge of complex applications of MS Excel

Proven analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and approachable, works well in a team.

Ability to manage priorities and deadlines

Demonstrated skills using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides

Manage ad technology vendors needed to execute specific campaign work.

3-4 years Media Buying experience working within paid social. Agency experience preferred.

Experience leading and managing Toronto-based teams or an individual

Advanced skills in Excel including pivot tables, V-Look Ups, and macros

Experience across buying/biddable platforms in any of the following:

Experience working with analytics, attribution and measurement systems.

Sample management (Monthly product meeting, sample tracking, organize and clean sample room)

Experience and passion for working in women’s fashion

Generate style #s in WFX (PLM), upkeep product attributes

Provide support with creating purchase orders in Netsuite (ERP)

Create and update sales reports

Update product CAD Sheets (Colours/Units)

4+ years experience as a product manager

Open communication with management and company leadership

Experience working on viral growth, referral programs, invite flows, guild mechanics, social commerce, or other sharing-based growth strategies

Collaborate closely with data science to dive deep into our data to understand our users

Work with business leaders to help shape business cases, including return-on-investment analyses for new product initiatives

Understand complex technical issues, discern impact, and be able to explain the situation to maximize clarity and drive resolution

Experience buying media on the following platforms a plus but not mandatory:

Ensure campaigns are pacing according to the media plan by monitoring performance and making changes when necessary.

Collaborate with Media Planners on upcoming campaigns determining best platforms, target audience, and creative strategies to implement.

Gradually work up to communicating with clients making recommendations by calling out key insights from campaign reports to optimize performance.
