Previous experience leading Operation Teams

Data Governance - Act as a resource and subject matter expert relating to data governance requirements and processes.

You are a certified professional. You have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or have experience in the brokerage industry.

You have working knowledge of financial product concepts and calculations (bond amortization, accrued income, expected income, yields).

Production Support - Conduct investigation and provide resolution(with help of developers when needed) for issues brought up by business.

Participates with Sales Management on changes and developments in the Incentive Plan design

Manages the technical implementation of the sales force incentive plan including incentive plan documentation, quota setting, and bonus pay outs

Expertise gained through a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a sale and/or market research analyst in the pharmaceutical industry.

Experience working with IMS/Brogan data and CRM system is a must.

A high degree of technical aptitude is required, with advanced knowledge Excel (VBA, Access, etc.) and understanding of relational databases

Participates in the strategic design and facilitate the technical execution of territory alignments and customer segmentation/targeting

Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

Change management certification or designation an asset

Experience designing, developing and implementing organizational structure and people strategies that align with operating models and the overall vision and strategy.
