Business Continuity Lead Jobs

Strong experience in Business Continuity (DRP, BCP), with specific expertise in IT contingency planning.

Thorough knowledge of standards and regulations related to Business Continuity.

Practical experience in coordinating and conducting business continuity tests.

Excellent understanding of Windows, Citrix, VMWare, etc. environments.

Fluency in French, both written and spoken, for documentation and internal communications.

Bilingualism is preferred, with a higher proficiency in French than in English.

3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Business Continuity Management, preferably in the financial industry

Good knowledge of the BCM lifecycle components

Strong organizational skills to ensure that BCP deliverables are tracked efficiently.

Good social and presentation skills to ensure coherent communication with all levels of the organization.

Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite

On-call availability is mandatory to manage crises as they arise

Experience with the Fusion Risk Management software and/or Salesforce

Ensure that change management impacts are assessed, and related processes are in place

We are looking for a Manager Business Continuity Risk Management (BCRM).

Create and manage BCRM operational plans and strategies to achieve objectives.

Experience in a Business Continuity or Technology Resiliency function within large scale organization

Experience working in a regulated environment.

Strong knowledge of business continuity best practices and protocols, operational risk management

Strong project management skills would be an asset

Vendor and stakeholder relationship management and leadership skills.

Work with management in all lines of business to coordinate business continuity governance activities.

Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of the enterprise-wide business continuity management program

Development of tools and documentation for both Business Continuity planning and event management

Provides management with a living projects/initiatives document with expected and actual impact

You are proficient with common computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experience in SQL, BQ and/or Data Studio is an asset

What you’ll do: Serve as the subject matter expert for all Online Grocery fulfillment in-store processes

Develop business cases to prove out case for investment in solutions to show business value and operational excellence before further rollout

Works with the eCommerce operations team to ensure best practices are rolled out to all PC Express stores

A bachelor’s degree level in a relevant subject (e.g., Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, Technology, Innovation)

Experience working in environments undergoing change management.

Be prepared to support the enterprise-wide Crisis Management process when needed.

Proven track record of driving results and building effective relationships with all levels of management.

Have an in-depth knowledge of Business Impact Analyses and oversee their completion, working in partnership with process owners.

Oversee the delivery of BIA training sessions for process and asset owners to better familiarize them of expectations and requirements.

A minimum of four years of relevant experience required to include a minimum of two years emergency management or continuity experience.

Experience with program management is required.

Certified Emergency Manager or comparable state emergency management certification is preferred.

Develop, facilitate and evaluate emergency management and continuity exercises for both the Systemwide Emergency Support Team and campus EOC teams.

Manage and facilitate systemwide emergency management and continuity training courses and webinars.

Experience with higher education institutions preferred.

Pursuing a post-secondary education in Business, Emergency Management, Threat and Response Planning or a related field.

Strong organizational and priority management skills with a result driven focus.

Demonstrated interest and/or experience in crisis management, emergency operations and/or retail industry experience are considered assets.

Providing administrative support and assistance to Manager, Enterprise Crisis and Business Continuity Management

Experience with report and policy writing

Assisting with post pandemic administration and plan update activities

Minimum of 15 years' experience in successfully leading, planning, implementing, and sustaining BCM, disaster recovery and crisis management programs.

Supplier/third party risk and contingency management

BCM governance and risk management

5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a business continuity role in the private OR public sector

Incident Command System certification (i.e. 300 or higher; role-specific training such as Planning Section Chief, IC, etc.)

Experience and/or understanding of pipelines and oil/gas facilities
