big! This candidate will be responsible for analyzing data and best practices to identify opportunities to improve how stores deliver the best possible experience at the lowest cost. They will act as a “change agent” and effectively influence stakeholders to generate consensus on key decisions that improve key performance targets.

As a Sr. Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will leverage process improvement methodologies to identify operational improvements, extract systems data, create meaningful reports and business cases, conduct and/or support activities such as time studies, manual data collection, root cause analysis, and workshops to integrate solutions and improve efficiency. You can easily build relationships and have been part of large, cross functional teams that are working to solve complex problems Finally, this person is comfortable working through ambiguity with the ability to create a roadmap that aligns with internal business strategy/goals

• Work closely with operations specialists, training, product, tech, data science to integrate new innovations ensuring seamless experience for both in-store colleagues and customers
• Provides management with a living projects/initiatives document with expected and actual impact
• Conduct work sampling and time and motion studies as well as other data collection activities to assess productivity levels & validate Labour standards
• Partner closely with Operational Specialists by providing them with tools and data to address problematic areas and pro-actively seek on-site insight/feedback to improve customer experience
• Responsible for identifying & improving gaps in our end-to-end fulfillment process — order picking & order readiness to loading and interactions with the customers
• You drive business impact through process improvement and analytics, extracting meaningful insights from large data sets. You communicate quantitative analysis in a clear, precise & actionable manner across the organization
• Develop business cases to prove out case for investment in solutions to show business value and operational excellence before further rollout
• Works with the eCommerce operations team to ensure best practices are rolled out to all PC Express stores
• What you’ll do: Serve as the subject matter expert for all Online Grocery fulfillment in-store processes
