Previous experience owning financial planning and analysis software systems (Workday Adaptive, Profix, etc.)

Experience engaging customers/stakeholders, assessing needs, developing and executing a product strategy roadmap

Overseeing development and management of data strategy and Management Information Systems for Commercial Banking working with GBM, IT&S, Finance

Oversee the strategic management of product, portfolio, client and channel reporting and analytics to evaluate profitability and performance

Oversee the development of performance management and metric strategy and execution by:

Providing support to the Commercial Bank leadership team for ongoing performance management

Ensure sound Management Information Systems and platforms

Providing day to day management of direct reports ensuring team goal alignment

Experience interacting with upper management to identify and communicate analytics opportunities and serve as a thought leader for analytics

Experience working cross-functionally in a large manufacturing organization

At least 2 years of leadership experience (direct or indirect people / team leadership)

A bachelor’s degree preferably in Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field

At least 2 years of direct people leadership experience

4+ years of experience in a related field such as consulting or financial services

4+ years of experience in data and/or quantitative analysis
