PMO Co-Op/Intern, Advanced Analytics Services PS
Job location: Remote , Canada or Remote, U.S.
Term length: 12 months starting September 2023
About The Team
The PMO Intern, reporting to the Advanced Analytics Services (AAS) PMO Lead, will contribute to the consistent implementation of project management methods and standards across the Advanced Analytics Services projects. The PMO Intern will help support everyday AAS team operations, client project documentation from project start to project close out; support agile/scrum meetings and processes.
What you will do
  • Shadow and support the PMO Lead on daily project management activities and meetings including supporting with meeting minutes and project documentation
  • Support the creation of lessons learned and best practices. Establish mechanism to record lessons and best practices and ensure they are maintained
  • Help develop PMO reports and dashboards
  • May perform additional projects upon request
  • Helping to design and update project artifacts
  • Support the collection and compilation of information across projects to provide an aggregated view
  • Help manage team drives, files directory and SharePoint to ensure all documents are up to date
  • Support the creation and ongoing developing of implementation processes
  • Contribute to the creation of tracking reports for the team’s KPIs
What we are looking for
  • Potential to identify opportunities in our processes to improve and create efficiencies
  • Able to balance multiple priorities and deliver work under a sense of urgency
  • Strong interest in project management, operations and strategic development as part of future career goals
  • Good collaborative skills and maintains a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Completion of at least 3 rd year towards a bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Curiosity, interest and desire to learn how an Enterprise Software company operates
  • Working towards a PMP or CSM certification, an asset
  • Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and Outlook
  • A willingness to learn quickly new software including JIRA and Confluence
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Self-starter who will quickly learn our systems and processes to bring positive impact within the first 4-6 weeks
