Postsecondary education in supply chain management and experience in customer service/

Assist the Supervisor and Specialist with any compliance requirements including internal audits, self -assessments or Regulatory Audits.

Strong experience of the processes, hydraulics, and operations of natural gas pipelines.

Excellent experience in the processes and operations of a control room

Gas Pipeline Emergency Response experience.

High degree of knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions in the operations of a pipeline.

Bring best practice knowledge on the implementation of procedural automation, alarm management and controller performance monitoring.

Experience with safety instrumented systems such as Boiler Management Systems or safety instrumented systems.

Knowledge and experience interfacing with production data historian systems such as OSI Pi

Review project documentation such as P&IDs and process descriptions to define control systems hardware and software requirements.

Manage Process Control Network (PCN) equipment including Windows servers and desktop PCs. (With some IT Support)

Expertise / experience with various vendor DCS/PLC and HMI systems (ABB, Rockwell, Siemens, etc.)

Assist with preparing work orders and estimating cost

Build long term financial and budgeting plans for the project

Carry out cost variance and root cause analysis including the use of contractor data

Experience in crisis response and intervention, de-escalation, advocacy and negotiation skills.

Collaborate with support teams, Supervisor/Manager, and housing staff to plan and facilitate appropriate pest control treatments.

Monitor and review tenant needs and community issues and communicate the information to the Supervisor of Housing Supports and/or Manager.

Prepare statistical and narrative reports/updates of the interventions for the Manager.

Responsible for upgrading training and education as directed.

Post-Secondary Degree in Social Work or related field; or Diploma in Social Services with several years of related experience.

3+ years' experience in material planning/inventory control and supply chain management in the manufacturing industry.

Post secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Inventory Control or Operations Management.

Good communication, time management and organizational skills.

Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies.

Able to follow processes, make decisions, prioritize, manage time effectively, learn quickly and have a sense of urgency.

Strong interpersonal skills, is a team player, but also works effectively independently.

Project management fundamentals or project financial analysis experience

Finance experience, particularly in multi-functional project environments

Ability to interface with senior management and customers

Manages customer invoicing and tracking of billing milestones, as well as follows receivables collection

Minimum of 5 years experience in a project environment or financial administration

Strong oral and written communication skills, including virtual and electronic communications

Facilitate project cost review sessions with the project management team and executive leadership

Maintain a change management log and help facilitate the development of project change notices

Collaborate with finance to reconcile monthly expenditures as needed and ensure invoices are developed in alignment with complex contractual requirements

Manage budgets, expenditures, commitments, forecasts, and cashflows for BESS projects

Strong attention to detail with a high level of integrity and organizational capacity to manage multiple projects and/or activities

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written

Assist the project manager in preparing project management deliverables, KPIs, and reports consistent with reporting requirements;

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Previous project management, and/or Primavera P6 Scheduling experience would be a definite asset.

Minimum 3 years experience in Project management support.

--Compile all pertinent information into regular reports and circulate to various levels of management.

Assist PM in change and risk management
