Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

Knowledge of Individual Traditional Life/Universal Life products would be an asset.

Responding to inquiries and providing technical, contractual information by interpreting contractual provisions, routine tax regulations, existing guidelines and system processes.

Project work may be required from time-to-time to support new initiatives, product enhancements and systems changes.

Change adaptive- you are flexible and thrive on working in a fast paced environment.

Highly organized with excellent time management skills

Provide first rate customer service to policy owners, advisors/brokers, Living Benefits managers, accountants, lawyers, financial institutions and Head Office departments

Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of current, and historical Living Benefits products

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Excellent math and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment

Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System.

Reports and Collaborates with other Case Managers, funder or government program as required.

Complete data entry and maintain accurate current scheduling documentation.

Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities.

A minimum of two years related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.

Handle and document prospective client inquiries regarding requests for care and service

Strong time management and organizational skills

Strong French & English oral and written communication skills, including active listening and relationship building

Passion for providing an exceptional client experience

Strong problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities

Experience in retail, sales or other customer service environment is an asset
