18-month term position of Payroll Costing Coordinator in Finance and Asset Management

Technical / Job Specific Knowledge and Abilities:

Maintain knowledge of Canadian Payroll Processes and all applicable legislation.

Audit work order information provided to ensure they correspond to the attendance types indicated. Follow up with Manager/Supervisor for corrections.

Prepare costing reports for Manager/Supervisors as requested.

Coach and train Managers/Supervisors on the use of the SAP CO/PM job costing and SAP HR.

Works with the project manager to explain and execute the scope of work that was proposed after an order is received

Has a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a construction related field

Knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook

Assess opportunity on site and identify all costs, risks, and complete scope of work associated with the opportunity

Prepare and estimate accurate costs for execution of the opportunity by analyzing drawings, pictures, and collaborating with the appropriate personnel

Prepares the proposal/scope of work document for the sales team

Relevant experience: you have a successful experience of about 5 years in Bid Management.

Language requirement: Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)

Liaising with pre-sales, Solution Managers, R&D, Legal ...

Provide relevant approvers with offer/contract financial assessment and risk, in full alignment with the offer/contract approval policy.

You are comfortable to present an offer or a contract to a VP or the CEO with a clearly articulated summary

Excellent knowledge of Excel and its analytics tools (pivot table, formulas)

Proven analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills

Review RFx requirements and develop proposal shells and drafts

Manage multiple proposals ensuring strict adherence to deadlines

Bid search experience with Canadian tender sites, including MERX, Biddingo, Bids & Tenders, and other provincial sites.

Ability to review RFx information and translate the requirements into a proposal shell

Strong technical writing skills and a proven ability to write proposals are required

Job Title: Natural Stones Sales Executive and Bid Manager

·Manage the bid process for large-scale projects requiring marble supply.

Analyze bid invitations, requests for proposals (RFPs), and other relevant solicitations to understand project requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, operations, and finance teams, to gather necessary information for bid evaluation

Review and interpret bid requirements to ensure compliance with customer specifications, and tailor the proposal to address client needs effectively

Strategic thinker with strong problem solving and leadership skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including collaborating with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams

Preference for experience working in or familiarity with the EV or EV charging industry

3-5+ years' experience in product manufacturing and Supply Chain

Lead collaborative discussions with teams in identifying and documenting business pain points and opportunities for solution planning

Support in the creation or evolution of tools and processes for costing activities

Create needed Process and/or Training documentation and help to educate and enroll affected teams

Manage the Sub-System tender budget according to Tender Costs Authorization Process

Manage the sub-system tender team (if applicable)

Propose the offered solution for its sub-system

Agree with the Bid Manager, Platform(s) and sub-system (ex: Bogie) /product (ex: battery, seats) strategy owner, on sub-system solution

Manage interface with bid-level teams (in charge of architecture and integration) and other Bid Sub-System teams, proposing global optimizations

Agree with the Bid Manager and Platform how gaps are addressed
