Prepare and estimate accurate costs for execution of the opportunity by analyzing drawings, pictures, and collaborating with the appropriate personnel

Job Title: Natural Stones Sales Executive and Bid Manager

·Manage the bid process for large-scale projects requiring marble supply.

Analyze bid invitations, requests for proposals (RFPs), and other relevant solicitations to understand project requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, operations, and finance teams, to gather necessary information for bid evaluation

Review and interpret bid requirements to ensure compliance with customer specifications, and tailor the proposal to address client needs effectively

Strategic thinker with strong problem solving and leadership skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including collaborating with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams

Preference for experience working in or familiarity with the EV or EV charging industry

Strong project planning, management, and communication skills

Serve as a key resource on projects and initiatives that require involvement or directly impact Finished Goods Sourcing cost management

3-5+ years' experience in product manufacturing and Supply Chain

Lead collaborative discussions with teams in identifying and documenting business pain points and opportunities for solution planning

Support in the creation or evolution of tools and processes for costing activities

Create needed Process and/or Training documentation and help to educate and enroll affected teams
