Opérer des ordinateurs et leurs équipements périphériques;

Faire la mise à jour des outils informatiques tels les guides d'exploitation et la liste des versions de programmes;

Épurer des fichiers des données nécessaires à l'exécution de productions informatiques;

Assister et fournir les renseignements aux utilisateurs du traitement informatique comme l’utilisation des ordinateurs et leurs équipements périphériques;

Recevoir les demandes (problèmes ou autres) soumises par les utilisateurs et les référer aux personnes appropriées;

Réinitialiser un mot de passe; déverrouiller un poste de travail;

Minimum of two years' experience in supervisory or management role

Excellent communication, organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills

Provide leadership, training and performance management to all team members

Monitor and audit all areas of the base operations to ensure compliance with all published standards and regulatory requirements

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer service environment

Aviation/airline operations experience is a very strong asset

Minimum of two years' experience in supervisory or management role

Leading the Safety Management System (SMS) and the Management of Change (MOC) process for your assigned base

Assisting the Fleet Administrator Manager with any base requirements

Collaborating with the Maintenance Department to ensure aircraft serviceability meets operational requirements

Ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Aviation Occupational Safety and Health (AOSH) requirements at the base

Minimum of two years' experience in supervisory or management role

Provide leadership, training and performance management to all team members

Proven history time management and organizational excellence

Monitor and audit all areas of the base operations to ensure compliance with all published standards and regulatory requirements

Resolve business and human relations problems or grievances in consultation with Employee Services and Senior Manager, Pacific Coastal Airport Operations.

Education: Minimum of High School Graduation

Minimum three (3) years Inflight experience preferred which includes onboard management

Proven organizational, multitasking and time management skills

Previous supervisory experience a definite asset

Must possess and demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Ensures cashier/merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures

Trains cashiers/merchandisers in job functions

Provides on-going guidance and instruction

Oversee stock management – keeping accurate records and making adjustments as stock is consumed or added

Technical/Maintenance skills and experience would be advantageous

Manage, motivate and lead the team to drive operational improvement and efficiency to support future growth plans

Keep accurate records and facilitate enquiries from internal departments e.g. finance

Minimum of five (5) years previous management experience, including direct experience with operations, business processes and leading teams.

Meet regularly with department heads and senior management; facilitate resolution of issues/problems between business units and/or departments.

Responsible for recruitment, hiring, terminations and performance management.

Responsible for appropriate staff levels to meet requirements of the department.

Manage the morale in the department by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees, suppliers and customers.

Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes.

Knowledge of road construction methods, road construction materials, and industry requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience of related Base-subgrade experience

Knowledge of heavy equipment operations and site activities

Demonstrates ability to operate grading equipment with Grade Control/GPS TopCon and Mechanical knowledge

Responsible for equipment checks, daily servicing/maintenance and informing mechanics of mechanical problems

Valid Class 5 driver’s license

Minimum three (3) years Inflight experience preferred which includes onboard management
