2+ years of direct people management experience.

Strong project management, consulting and process improvement skills.

Lead product delivery and implementation services, providing management and oversight of implementation projects.

5+ years of experience in software implementation or professional services.

Experience managing P&L and core financial metrics preferred.

Proven leadership skills with demonstrated success developing and/or engaging a top-notch team.

At least one year of experience in wellness management or a related field is required

Excellent oral and written communication abilities and interpersonal skills are required

Strong computer skills are required, with previous budgeting experience desired

Strong programming and previous supervisory experience are highly desirable

Candidates must possess strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

ACE or AFAA Group Exercise certification required

Previous Senior Care and/or Supervisory or Management experienced highly desired

Responsible for assisting in preparation of annual budget and capital replacement plan, as well as fiscal management of the project.

Gathers relevant information to determine if prospective tenants meet the residency requirements of the building.

A minimum of 1 year experience working with the senior population.

Must pass a criminal background check consistent with the requirements of the State of MN

Provides tours and explanation of services to potential tenants, families and referrals.

Qualifications (minimum Education and Experience requirements):

Demonstrated conflict management/crisis prevention skills

Ensuring policies, procedures and obligations associated with property management are implemented and adhered to; and

Contributing as a member of the organization’s management team to achieving and advancing the organization’s vision, strategic goals and operational objectives

As a member of the organization’s management team, the position is accountable for:

Participating in strategic planning and decision-making related to policy development, staffing and human resource management, budget processes/issues and fund development/management;

Demonstrated experience in the leadership, management, and development of large and diverse groups of planning professionals, preferably within a unionized environment.

Provide professional advice, prepare reports with recommendations, and make presentations to senior management and Council on housing policy.

Oversee consultant selection and management of contractors to support policy development.

Manage development of engagement strategies to support housing initiatives.

Manage housing programs, operations, and services, including affordable housing grant and incentive programs and tenant assistance.

Manage employee conduct, performance, and attendance, respond to grievances, and create a safe, positive work environment.

5-7 years' experience in a management role, including 3 years' experience in a senior role is an asset

Strong knowledge of property management software

Superior organizational and time management skills, with an ability to remain calm and focused on high pressure situations with tight deadlines

Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation is an asset

Proven sales and leasing skills as well as excellent tenant relations skills

Proven ability to manage a team, as well as work independently

Demonstrated conflict management/crisis prevention skills.

As a member of the organization’s management team, the position is accountable for:

Participating in strategic planning and decision-making related to policy development, staffing and human resource management;

Meeting regularly and collaborating with management colleagues to create solutions that advance the successful, efficient and effective delivery of programs;

Other responsibilities include rotating on call (weekend and overnights) duties with other Support Services Managers.
