What is Assistant Recruiter Qualifications?
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least one year of experience in a Human Resources role
• Professional Human Resources certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred

• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of job boards and other recruitment sources
• Knowledge of interviewing techniques

• Experience in recruiting and/or staffing
• Experience in developing job postings
• Experience in conducting interviews
What is Assistant Recruiter Responsibilities?
• Develop and post job postings on job boards, social media, and other recruitment sources
• Source and screen potential candidates
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities
• Provide feedback to hiring managers and candidates
