Solid verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels of clients 

At least 7+ years of industry experience in a well-established, creative role with a proven track record 

Agency experience working across all channels 

Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant/category experience, particularly in healthcare and pharma advertising 

Experience managing a creative team, including both copywriters and art directors

Manage & motivate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, multiple-project environment.

Will also manage small projects from initiation to planning, design, development, testing, and into maintenance.

Assist in the creation of project documentation, including requirements documentation, project briefs, timelines, project status, estimates, etc.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Able to prioritize and manage multiple priorities concurrently while remaining organized.

8+ years of experience in a similar role.

A related Bachelors’ degree, Diploma or equivalent work experience

You are experienced at writing for different forms, including film, print, web and social.

Excellent communication skills- verbal and written.

Ability to juggle multiple projects and pro-actively manage priorities effective.

Work in a collaborative environment on various projects and campaigns

Experience as a copywriter is a must, and a background in agency or brand is preferred

3+ years experience in crafting copy, editing, and proofreading

You are comfortable making changes to work based on manager and client feedback

Craft copy for a wide variety of channels using the appropriate voice for a particular brand and customer

Develop and craft voice, tone, and messaging frameworks

Develop campaign creative in partnership with art directors

Work closely with creative leadership, and other writers on style and writing development

Excellent research skills to understand target audiences and industries

Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus
