Project management experience, with proven ability to create and interpret business cases and financial proposals as well as identify project risks.

Support the management and enhancement of the City’s portfolio of electric vehicle charging stations and Utility Data Management System (UDMS).

Submit schedules and budget estimates of project deliverables to Energy Management Supervisor for approval.

In depth knowledge and experience with Building HVAC Systems such as Heating/Cooling/Dehumidification, Water systems, Building Envelope, and Lighting Retrofits.

Prepare contract documents and manage consultants as required.
