What You Should Have

• Availability to work Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:30pm Eastern time
• High School Diploma / GED required
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• General knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Internet
• 2-3 years of experience in a clinical setting, call center, or customer service
