Position Responsibilities

• Escalate customer dissatisfaction to management
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide customers with quality service
• Explain and position products and processes to customers
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities

Candidate Qualifications

• Swift and accurate typing skills
• Highly reliable with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team orientation and ability to build relationships with team members and customers
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation Details

• Hourly pay rate of $13.60
• Daily, weekly, and monthly incentives including cash and prizes

Physical Requirements
