Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 10am till 7:30pm EST
• Full-time availability required
• Sunday: 9am till 5pm EST
• Saturday: 9am till 6pm EST

Requirements

• Minimum of 25 MBPS high-speed internet
• Secure space to work without disturbances

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Make outgoing calls and respond to customer requests related to mobility products and services
• Build trust and loyalty by offering tailored solutions to customers
• Promote complementary solutions based on customer needs and preferences

Qualifications

• Strong interest in technology
• Sales or customer service experience is an asset
• Ability to multitask in a computerized environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Training start date: August 28th
