Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Promote complementary solutions based on client needs
  • Build trust and loyalty with clients


Qualifications


  • Previous sales experience is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities


Schedule


  • Saturdays: 10 am to 6 pm
  • Monday to Friday: 10 am to 8 pm EST
  • Sundays: 10 am to 8 pm


Requirements


  • Must reside near the Hiring Company Peterborough center for equipment pickup or training
  • Secure and uninterrupted workspace
  • Minimum 25 MBPS high-speed internet


Additional Information


  • Training start date: September 5th
  • Employer is a designated employer to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) and Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP)
  • This position offers the option to work from home or on-site
