What Would You Do?

Palliser Furniture Holdings Ltd. is currently seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to fill the role of Wellness Program Facilitator. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and promoting a culture and organizational importance around all aspects of Wellness for Palliser and EQ3 including US entities.

The duties and responsibilities of this position would include:

• Back up for Benefits Assistant (cross training) on day-to-day tasks.
• Pull monthly internal employee reports to confirm Wellness program eligibility.
• Manage all communication to employees regarding our EFAP program, Fitness Corporate Discount offerings, etc.
• Plan, prepare, organize, and facilitate lunch and learns for employees in partnership with our providers/guest speakers.
• Monthly communications on Wellbeing and company benefit offerings/supports.
• Provide support and resolution to employees and managers on Wellness Programs.
• Lead in rebranding the organizations Group Benefits and Wellness programs which includes establishing our Wellness program purpose/mission statement and evolving program.
• Manage, prepare, and distribute communication on company benefits offerings/perks and supports available to employees.
• Assist in ongoing communication with employees by updating and maintaining the benefits / wellness section of our internal IWEB, SharePoint, Yammer, and various T. V’s.
• A focus on Mental-Health announcements and employee wellness and engagement from a benefits perspective.
• Maintain KPI reports on implemented programs, sessions, lunch and learns, etc.

What Do You Bring?

• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer service mindset.
• Sensitive approach to difficult circumstances and experience managing sensible and confidential data.
• Post-secondary education in a related field. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
• Ability to work independently and part of a team.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to prioritize, set, and meet deadlines while working under tight constraints and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks to completion at the same time.
• Ability to be mobile between all Palliser/EQ3 locations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Wellness focused role in Group Benefits.
