Warranty Administrator (term until end of October)


The seasonal warranty administrator provides administrative support to the Warranty Department. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate records.


What will you do?


  • Upload documents to database.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Answer calls relating to seasonal items and return all voice messages within 2 business days.
  • Managing high volumes of e-mails and/or phone calls.
  • Address warranty questions related to seasonal items.
  • Updating construction team with bi-weekly outstanding deficiency lists.
  • Coordinating with the City of Edmonton and Land Developers to ensure architectural and landscaping approvals are received and processed.
  • Reply to homeowner inquiries through online ticketing system within 2 business days.
  • Tracking and maintaining seasonal construction tracker.
  • Request deposits refunds once all conditions are met.

  • Technical building design and construction knowledge is an asset.
  • Ability to read blueprints and plot plans.
  • Desire for continuing education and personal development.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Ability to use Zendesk, or Microsoft dynamics an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
