The Superstar:

We are looking for an individual who has relevant experience in a previous role as a Warehouse Coordinator or an Inventory Coordinator. The superstar we want as part of our SharpLight family is professional, process oriented and is looking for growth in their career.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Plans logistics priorities with Warehouse Lead.
• Performs Quality Assurance Tests on all incoming equipment and ensures turnaround times are met.
• Executes warehouse protocols, procedures, and workflows in compliance with QA standard and Health Canada Regulations.
• Responds efficiently and accurately to internal divisions to ensure they are supported.
• Performing complete inventory checks of all stock.
• Prepares all system skids for shipping to new partners and conducts final Quality Assurance checklist.
• Provide a White Glove Experience to our clients and partners.
• Coordinates deliveries/shipments with carriers/couriers, and completes all required documentation (internal requirements & external requirements)
• Managing inventory and filing systems.
• Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly.
• Processes orders efficiently, accurately and in full.
• Transacts all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Assists with logistical preparation for various events.
• Monitors shipments in transit & ensures safe delivery.

Required Education, Languages & Skills:

• Excellent communications skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment, meet time deadlines and perform under pressure.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• 1 year of experience of logistics, customer service or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Exceptional customer service management skills.
• Ability to create and update detailed records and spreadsheets.
