Marketers on Demand is currently on the lookout for a creative VP Strategy / Social D2C who will lead & develop our client’s brand strategies. Come and join their team with your creative and out-of-the-box thinking!

Open to remote work across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies that drive awareness

• Define brand messaging and positioning aligned with the brand’s values

• Create brand guidelines and style guides to maintain consistency

• Identify opportunities through market research and competitor analysis

• Monitor and analyze brand performance to identify opportunities for improvement

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; MBA is an asset

• Experience as a VP of Strategy or in a similar role; taking new brands to market

• Must have launched a D2C product via TikTok / Instagram

• In-depth knowledge of branding principles and consumer behaviour

• Strong analytical skills; ability to synthesize data into actionable brand strategies
