Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP of Technical Operations to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drawings, metal fabrication, 3D drawings, Graitec, aluminum, and project management. As the VP of Technical Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that the company has access to the best materials and services
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that improve efficiency and productivity
• Manage and motivate a team of engineers, production managers, and other staff members
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
• Oversee the production process, ensuring that all products meet quality standards
• Manage the budget for the operations department and ensure that all expenses are within budget
• Ensure that all safety guidelines and regulations are followed

Qualifications

• Experience with architectural drawings, metal fabrication, 3D drawings, Graitec, aluminum, and project management
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in the manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations in the manufacturing industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
