Venture Analyst Jobs

Rosa Ventures is a venture studio that specializes in helping e-commerce and SaaS businesses grow and succeed in today's competitive market. We are looking for a Venture Analyst to join our team and help us identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the rest of the team to develop and execute investment strategies
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
• Monitor and track the performance of our existing portfolio companies
• Perform due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis and risk assessment
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Participate in meetings with potential portfolio companies and other investors
• Create financial models to evaluate the potential return on investment

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis tools
• Knowledge of e-commerce and SaaS industries preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a related field
• Passion for entrepreneurship and startup ecosystem
