Who are we:


As part of the Qantas Group, National Jet Systems offer an exceptional level of safety and service while playing an important role in connecting communities and industries across Australia. The business is experiencing its most exciting growth opportunity to date as we look forward to introducing the Airbus A220 into our fleet.


To be selected for this role, you will require:


  • The ability to pass a CASA Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate
  • A220 type rating
  • Hold a passport with at least 6 months’ validity
  • High level of operational performance
  • The ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test
  • Minimum 500 hours command on jet aircraft
  • ICAO ATPL with ability to transfer to Australian ATPL (or an Australian ATPL)
  • Current endorsements for Instrument Approach 2D and 3D
  • A working knowledge of International standard regulations, industry guidance and requirements
  • Minimum 100 hours on A220
  • Level 6 English language qualification on your licence
  • Be eligible for an Australian Aviation Security Identity Card (ASIC)
  • Minimum 1000 hours experience on jet aircraft
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively
  • Minimum 4000 hours total
