Our Finance team builds the financial infrastructure to scale our growing company. We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop a sound financial future for our global brand. We work closely with teams across the company, as well as with external partners.

As the Treasury Manager, Capital Markets & Risk, you will be responsible for insurance, financial risk management, controls and corporate finance activities. You will collaborate with other key stakeholders such as Accounting, Legal and Tax in addition to external banking and service partners to drive business initiatives and ensure all company and regulatory standards are met. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Treasury.

• Ensure compliance with controls to safeguard company assets
• Lead foreign exchange risk management, including assessing exposures and developing risk management strategies
• Identify and pursue opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate processes
• Oversee corporate insurance program, including managing broker relationships and coordinating with internal risk management partners
• Support capital markets, leasing, and related corporate finance activities
• Partner with team members and other stakeholders to design and implement a scalable global treasury platform

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Adaptable, team player with a track record of building and maintaining effective professional relationships
• 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury; public company experience preferred
• Highly analytical with strong ability to execute, meet deadlines and deliver quality results
