Our client is seeking entry-level associates with a background in accounting and a strong interest in trading platforms and capital markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to our trading platform and capital markets business.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects as assigned
• Work closely with other teams to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for our trading platform and capital markets business
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Participate in the development of financial models and forecasts
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Help with the reconciliation of accounts and the resolution of discrepancies

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Familiarity with trading platforms and capital markets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
