- Capturing & documenting customer business outcomes to create requirements and solution designs;

- Experience in a consulting, business analysis or architecture environment.
- 1st class degree or equivalent experience

- Experience in broking and custody markets in North America.
- 10+ years of experience in a delivery/consulting environment in the financial services/custody market.
- Equities, Fixed Income and/or Exchange-Traded Options clearing and settlement processes and workflows
- Superior analytical thinking.
- Independent, self-directing and delivery focused working style.
- Excellent organisational, administration and time management skills.
- Good team communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients.

- Confiance en soi et capacité à prendre des initiatives dans un environnement axé sur le client et la prestation.
- Une expérience dans un environnement de conseil, d'analyse commerciale ou d'architecture.
- Une compréhension de l'environnement réglementaire aux États-Unis et sur les marchés canadiens.
- Capacité à démontrer la création d'un environnement d'amélioration continue et de développement des compétences.
