Job Description
We are hiring for a company in the transportation industry with an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in Milton, ON
Start Date: Immediately
Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
Location: Martin Street and Steeles
Rate: $45,000 - $50,000 / year
Responsibilities
  • Supporting with office duties (Faxing, Printing, Managing phones etc.)
  • Timely responses to all load opportunities with pricing and availability
  • Effectively communicating with team to ensure transport operations continues smoothly
  • Manage multiple customer shipments simultaneously
  • Arranging and preparing documents or Manifest
  • Answering Customer inquiring via phones or emails
Requirements:
  • Dependable to work independently with no supervision
  • Clean criminal background required
  • Experience with MAVES warehousing software would be an asset
  • Customer centric with a positive attitude and strong people skills
  • Must have previous experience working in a Transport setting
  • Must have extensive Fleet Manager software experience
  • 2 or more years in Transport as a customer service rep
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively
