Training Specialist Jobs

his is an exciting new role with a leading food manufacturing company - as part of their exciting expansion plans, they are now looking to bring on board a talented Training Specialist.

The Training Specialist will be responsible for assessing and recommending training needs, preparing and delivering training modules and updating the training records of individuals.

Key responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement learning resources such as Learning Management System, train-the-trainer program and external content.

Partner with subject-matter experts to ensure the training content reflects day-to-day requirements.

Facilitate and coordinate training, including scheduling and sending invitations to participants.

Develop and update metrics to provide transparency on attendance, progression of participants, results and challenges.

Identify improvement opportunities and recommend program amendments to ensure efficient program delivery, participants high quality experience and positive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of training experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry.
