Your Role
As part of the powersport development team, a team passionate about motorized vehicles, the selected person will have as main mandate to support the development of new products and innovation for motorsport track systems for ATV / Crawler UTVs.
We Need You For

• Actively participate in the innovation of our products;
• Manage mandates to improve the quality, costs and industrialization of motorsport track systems;
• Develop track systems for AM & OEM customers;
• Review and approve test reports;
• Perform calculations related to the design of track systems;
• Lead efforts to resolve issues with current products for external and internal customers;
• Facilitate design reviews;
• Develop and maintain a technology watch on the performance and durability of competing products in the motorsport market.
• Develop risk analysis (DMFEA) and validation plans (DVP&R) associated with new products and modifications to existing products;
• Create and maintain strong relationships with clients;

What Do You Need To Possess For Being Successful

• You have experience in different engineering processes (PDP, ECN) and product development processes (APQP);
• You can manage several requests simultaneously;
• You have already used 3D design software (Solidworks, Creo, etc.), an asset;
• You are a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;
• You are prepared to travel outside the country when necessary, approximately 10% of the time (mainly in the United States);
• You work well in a team;
• You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken;
• You have a proven knowledge of the tools used to improve processes and solve problems;
• You hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering;
• You have at least 5 years of engineering experience in the relevant field;
• You communicate effectively with your peers, management and customers.
• You have great autonomy;
