Overview Track Inspectors are responsible for inspecting and maintaining railway tracks and other related infrastructure. They ensure that the tracks are safe and in good condition for use by trains. They also inspect and maintain railway signals, switches, and other related equipment. Detailed Job Description Track Inspectors are responsible for inspecting and maintaining railway tracks and other related infrastructure. They inspect the tracks for any damage or defects, and make necessary repairs or replacements. They also inspect and maintain railway signals, switches, and other related equipment. They ensure that the tracks are safe and in good condition for use by trains. They also inspect and maintain the railway crossings, and ensure that they are in compliance with safety regulations. Track Inspectors also inspect and maintain the railway bridges and tunnels, and ensure that they are in good condition. They also inspect and maintain the railway embankments and other related infrastructure. They also inspect and maintain the railway signals, switches, and other related equipment. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of railway track maintenance and repair

• Knowledge of railway safety regulations
• Ability to identify and repair defects in railway tracks
• Ability to use hand and power tools

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in railway track maintenance and repair
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check

• Knowledge of railway safety regulations
• Knowledge of hand and power tools

• Previous experience in railway track maintenance and repair
