Job Description

Notre client, spécialiste dans les solutions TI, recherche un Technicien informatique de Niveau 1.


Tâches :

  • Analyser la source des problèmes et gérer les services d’escalades pour tous les postes de travail, d’imprimantes et connectivité réseau.
  • Intervenir dans les cas d’incidents techniques niveau 1 par téléphone/courriel.
  • Effectuer la configuration et le déploiement d’images sur les ordinateurs de bureau et les portables.
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

Our client, a specialist in IT solutions, is looking for a Level 1 IT Technician.


Tasks:

  • Respond to level 1 technical incidents via phone/email.
  • Perform configuration and deployment of images on desktops and laptops.
  • Perform any other related tasks.
  • Analyze the source of problems and handle escalation services for all workstations, printers and network connectivity.

Requirements:

  • Degree or certification in computer science or IT.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in network connectivity.


Salary: Between $50,000 and $60,000 per year, to be discussed according to experience

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Status: Permanent
