As a Customer Service Manager, you'll :
- Manage a team of several employees
- Demonstrate leadership

- An annual bonus program of 3.5k to 5k per year
What you would be expected to do:
- Support the Sales and Relationship Manager in the development of the annual budget and operating plan.
- Implement and manage internal controls, policies, processes and procedures.
- Meet regularly with your team to review performance and identify, discuss and resolve any issues.
- Achieve Customer Effort Score (CES) and customer loyalty targets.
- Negotiate with customers and suppliers.
- Substantial customer service experience
- Experience in personnel management (Strong asset)
- Be bilingual (FRENG)
