Talent Acquisition Specialist Jobs

Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to work in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating our focused pipelines of gaming talent with a focus on diverse talent across content, creative and technical domains. This role requires 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in HR or industry experience related to the role. If you also have experience in the video game industry, we are looking for you!

• Shifts: Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Pay rate: $30.00/hour
• Location: Vancouver, BC
• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source gaming talent with a focus on diversity. Starting from initial role briefing with recruiter through to screening candidates.
• Craft custom outreach and meaningful candidate engagement focused on passive and diverse talent.
• Research and analyze relevant data and trends, including talent and diversity gaps to provide insights to address studio needs.
• Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to define and maintain core pipelines.
• Identify the appropriate sourcing approach based on the requirements for each position and come up with creative solutions to source for hard to fill roles.
• Cultivate and maintain candidate relationships through to the in-person interview.

Qualifications:

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
• Experience video games industry or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with Diversity and Inclusion initiatives in Talent Acquisition, HR or relevant experience.
• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR or Industry experience related to role OR 1-2+ years in Talent Acquisition and a Degree in HR/ related field.
• Ability to seek clarity, define requirements, and advise stakeholders.
