  • Identify, prioritize, and support implementation of energy, emissions, water, and waste performance improvement initiatives to meet or exceed targets.
  • Benchmark energy, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and water performance against peers.
  • Support the systematic, prioritized pursuit of investigations (NZC transition planning and certifications, energy and water audits, retro-commissioning, continuous commissioning) in collaboration with Triovest’s Energy Managers and Property Teams.
  • Support various real estate industry sustainability initiatives (e.g., BOMA, CaGBC, REALpac, NAIOP, etc.).
  • Support the securing of new business, including the production of proposals and marketing materials.
  • Provide corporate-level support by championing sustainability projects and initiatives:
  • Identify and analyze energy, emissions, and water conservation measures; quantify expected consumption and emissions savings, operational savings and avoided costs, estimate implementation costs, and calculate financial metrics such as ROI, NPV, etc.
  • Contribute to practice development, including creating and maintaining workflows, tools, and internal knowledge databases.
  • Gather and analyze historical utility, submeter, and BAS interval data.
  • Delivery ASHRAE level I and II energy and water audits, Net Zero Carbon (NZC) transition plans, and NZC building certifications:
