Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Step in and help with coaching, mentoring and complex problems.
  • Support the transition from
  • Manage and maximize revenue.
  • Ready the team for the growth into the US market and beyond.
  • Measure and ensure the customer SLA are followed appropriately.
  • Create process and methods that control costs and outcomes.
  • Respond in emergency situations as a technical resource.
  • Plan, arrange, and coordinate with other managers.
  • Implement best practices for customer success management.


Qualifications

  • Has experience in the MSP space as a manager or leader.
  • Is equallty comfortable in Operations and Sales.
  • Has acted as a vCIO in the past and is confortable with that role.
  • Understands the best practices for MSP (per: TrueMethods, TRACTION etc).
  • Works very well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Is comfortable either in a technical or business conversation.
