Job Description
Position Description
The successful incumbent, reporting to the Associate Director of Student Services, is responsible for carrying out general clerical and reception duties in support of the Student Service Centre; providing a range of registrarial services to all campus students (past, current, and potential); collecting and reconciling tuition and ancillary fees; and ensuring the integrity of student records.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
A minimum of a one-year certificate in Office Administration, Business, or equivalent.
A minimum of two years of experience in a computerized office environment, utilizing exceptional customer service skills, professional behaviour, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in computer applications required — spreadsheet, word processing (MS Office Suite), email (Outlook), internet. Experience working with a web-based customer information system (such as PeopleSoft) will be considered an asset.

Physical/Work Environment Essential Requirements:
Computerized office environment. Sitting, walking, standing, bending. Some light lifting of office supplies or materials may be required. The successful incumbent must have the ability to report to the work location.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME TERM BARGAINING UNIT POSITION
