Our office is located in Burlington, ON, but we offer flexibility for some remote work to our employees.


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Support Analyst. The Software Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, diagnosing and resolving customer software issues, and creating detailed documentation of customer problems and solutions.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL, and experience working with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server is preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer technical issues and diagnose software problems.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare, behavioural health, or addiction treatment industries is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
