As we continue to expand our online presence, we are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Manager/Virtual Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to take on the role of Social Media Manager/Virtual Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy, as well as providing virtual assistance to our team. You will play a crucial role in increasing our online visibility, engaging with our audience, and enhancing our brand image. In addition, you will be comfortable supporting C-Suite level executives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in content creation, including writing blog posts, newsletters, and website copy.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement an effective social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
• Conduct research and gather data to support marketing initiatives and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize our online presence.
• Provide virtual assistance to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and handling administrative tasks as needed.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and creative strategies for social media campaigns.
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant metrics and tools.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Executives and providing senior administrative tasks.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the Marketing Industry.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Familiarity with basic graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for design and aesthetics.
