We are a looking for an experienced, knowledgeable residential construction Supervisor/Manager in Sault Ste Marie.

We are a

growing New Homes Building Company now growing in city of Sault Ste Marie.

We need a

responsible, knowledgeable and an experienced person who understand all aspects

of new homes construction. You should have the abilities to oversee new

homes/low rise apartment building designs, materials and construction

processes.

You should

have the abilities to develop- project budget, project scheduling, finding and

signing sub-trades, oversee new homes construction from the start to finish.

Your job

needs to make sure work as done correctly and as per plans error free.

You will

make decisions on construction materials, construction processes, trades

scheduling, materials and supplies selection.

You are

required to keeping site clean and following safe construction principles and processes

to avoid construction site accidents. You should have a good understanding of

dealing with Ministry of Labor and Local City building department officials.

Strong

financial abilities and strong management skills are required to get the

project moving and continuously monitoring project budget to finish the project

within or at below project budget.

Daily and

weekly project progress reporting to the management and owners will be required.

Hands on type

candidates will be given preference.
