The Site Supervisor 3 (SS3) assists with the supervision of the day-to-day operations of a 3 - 4 employee site. The SS3 is the point person on site for client issues and contract compliance. The position is responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing related procedures, invoice accounts, interacting with client, works with Site Manager and/or Integrated Accounts Manager to assist in maintaining acceptable profit levels and ensures client expectations are met.
The position is also responsible for providing input and sometimes assisting with People Management activities, including but not limited to: hiring, coaching, performance management and development.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitates resolution of issues relating to pricing, orders and invoicing by interacting and communicating with applicable departments;
- Ensures the quality of operations for shift by assisting in the achievement of goals in audit and deadline compliance;
- Meets quality and deadlines standards by the effective use of job scheduling practices;
- Maintains positive internal working relationship with all department employees by communicating in a professional manner;
- Supervising all account operations including personnel, service vendors and operational systems;
- Ensures payroll accuracy by overseeing and correcting all time sheets;
- Responsible for P&L expenses;
- Completes site reports and other paperwork as required;
- Handles formal contact with the client on a daily basis and maintains a positive working relationship;
- Provides input and sometimes leads people management activities, including but not limited to: hiring, coaching, performance management and development;
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
- May be responsible for ordering of supplies within established company standards and practices;
- Provides training on workflow and machine operations when necessary;
- Functions as an operational worker as required;
- Achieves shift profitability in the area of cost of goods by effectively supervising the shift in the use of company materials and supplies;
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a related field
- Post Secondary Education or equivalent work experience
- Prior supervisory/management experience preferred
- Prioritizing and time management skills
- Ability to lift 30+lbs. as required
- Superior customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
