Purpose of Role: The Service Supervisor is responsible for Field Service as well as in house operations and will provide support with manpower, scheduling, equipment requirements, quoting Field and Shop Service maintenance work, field installations and Retrofit activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus Area: Plan, coordinate and manage field service team’s daily activities, assets, and resources for on-going maintenance contracts, installation/retrofit projects, and general field service repairs and call outs.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
• Focus Area: Supervise multiple teams of up to 25 field technicians.
• Focus Area: Provide customer service and technical support to customers, sales reps, and field service teams.
• Focus Area: Collaborate with Sudbury Facility Manager to plan, coordinate and manage Sudbury shop team’s daily activities.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Technical education consisting of either a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Certified Engineering Technologist or Interprovincial Millwright diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in slurry pump disassembly, evaluation, inspection, repair, and reassembly is preferred
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
• 10 years of technical / engineering and field service experience within mechanical, structural, industrial, or mining field
